CoreFlow RESET

Terms of Engagement

How We Work Together

These Terms of Engagement outline how CoreFlow RESET works with consulting clients. We believe in transparency and clear communication from the start, so everyone understands what to expect and how we'll work together toward your goals.

This document isn't about legal formalities—it's about setting expectations for a productive partnership.

Our Consulting Approach

CoreFlow RESET provides strategic consulting focused on organizational change, execution excellence, and sustainable improvement. We work collaboratively with your team to:

  • Understand your specific challenges and context

  • Develop tailored strategies that work for your organization

  • Guide implementation and support your team through change

  • Build capabilities so you can sustain improvements independently

Every engagement is customized. We don't apply one-size-fits-all solutions; we listen, assess, and design approaches specific to your needs.

Engagement Structure & Investment

The scope of work, timeline, and investment for your engagement will be outlined in a separate Scope of Work agreement. This typically includes:

  • Clear deliverables — What you can expect from us and the outcomes we'll work toward

  • Timeline and milestones — How long the engagement runs and key checkpoints

  • Investment and payment terms — The cost structure and payment schedule

  • Roles and responsibilities — What we'll provide and what we expect from your team

We recommend discussing your budget and expectations upfront so we can design an engagement that truly fits your situation and resources.

Remote Consulting & Communication

CoreFlow RESET primarily operates through remote consulting engagements. We conduct our work via:

  • Scheduled virtual meetings — Regular sessions where we discuss strategy, review progress, and solve problems together

  • Asynchronous communication — Email, documentation, and insights you can review on your timeline

  • Collaborative tools — Shared documents, project management systems, and platforms that help us work together seamlessly

  • In-person engagement — By arrangement, when your specific situation benefits from on-site presence

We'll agree on meeting frequency and format as part of your Scope of Work. You can count on reliable, professional communication throughout your engagement.

Results, Outcomes & Expectations

Important: While we're deeply committed to delivering results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success in organizational change depends on many factors beyond our control—including your organization's commitment to implementation, leadership alignment, resource availability, and market conditions.

Our responsibility is to:

  • Provide expert guidance and strategic counsel

  • Design solutions tailored to your context

  • Support and guide your team through implementation

  • Hold you accountable to commitments and timelines

Your organization's responsibility is to:

  • Commit resources and leadership attention to the engagement

  • Implement the strategies and recommendations we develop together

  • Communicate openly about challenges and barriers

  • Make decisions in a timely manner

Outcomes depend on how well these shared responsibilities are executed. We'll work closely with you to maximize the chances of success, but the final results reflect effort from both sides.

Engagement Timeline & Changes

Duration

Engagement timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Whether it's a short-term project, a series of focused sprints, or an ongoing advisory relationship, the duration will be clearly outlined in your Scope of Work.

Modifications

If your needs change or the scope of work needs adjustment, we'll discuss it openly and update our agreement accordingly. Sometimes additional work emerges; sometimes priorities shift. We'll handle these changes transparently and agree on any impact to timeline or investment.

Professional Discretion & Confidentiality

Everything discussed during your consulting engagement is treated as strictly confidential information. This confidentiality obligation is fundamental to our professional practice and applies to all CoreFlow RESET team members.

What's Confidential

Confidential information includes:

  • Your business strategies, plans, and competitive positioning

  • Financial information, metrics, and operational data

  • Organizational structure, staffing, and personnel matters

  • Project details, timelines, and deliverables

  • Technology systems, processes, and workflows

  • Client lists, supplier relationships, and partnerships

  • Recommendations, frameworks, and customized solutions we develop for you

How We Protect Your Information

CoreFlow RESET commits to:

  • Non-disclosure — We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your explicit written consent

  • Limited access — Access to confidential information is limited to CoreFlow RESET team members directly assigned to your engagement, all bound by confidentiality agreements

  • Secure handling — All confidential materials are stored and transmitted using secure methods

  • No competitive use — We will not use your information in any way that would benefit our other clients or our own competitive interests

  • Lasting obligation — Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our engagement indefinitely, except where law requires otherwise

Professional Discretion in Communications

We maintain professional discretion in all communications, project discussions, and references to our work. Case studies or testimonials are only shared with your explicit written permission and are anonymized to protect your competitive position. We will not reference your organization in any public way without your consent.

When We Must Disclose

The only exceptions to our confidentiality obligations are:

  • Information we are legally required to disclose by law, court order, or regulatory authority

  • Information we must share with our own professional advisors (legal, accounting) under strict confidentiality

  • Information you explicitly authorize us in writing to share

  • Information that becomes publicly available through no fault of ours

If we are required by law to disclose confidential information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

Intellectual Property

Work product created specifically for your engagement—including recommendations, strategies, frameworks, and customized solutions—belongs to you. You may use this material internally without restriction.

General methodologies, tools, and approaches we've developed through our broader consulting practice remain our intellectual property, but you have the right to use them as part of our work together.

Termination & Disengagement

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. The specific terms—including notice period and any financial obligations—will be outlined in your Scope of Work.

If we discover during an engagement that we're not the right fit for your needs, we'll discuss this openly and work toward a graceful transition. Your success matters to us, even if that means helping you find a better partner.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Engagement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices. We'll notify you of material changes, and any updates won't affect existing engagements without your agreement.

Data Security & Information Management

CoreFlow RESET takes reasonable measures to protect all client information and ensure secure handling of your data:

  • Secure transmission — Sensitive information is transmitted using industry-standard security protocols

  • Access controls — Client data is restricted to authorized personnel with documented business need, all bound by confidentiality agreements

  • Secure infrastructure — We utilize secure, reputable service providers for data storage and management

  • Data retention security — Confidential client information is retained securely and deleted or destroyed securely when no longer needed

  • Ongoing evaluation — We continuously assess and update our security practices to address emerging standards

  • Incident response — In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your information, we follow established protocols to notify you promptly

While no system is entirely risk-free, CoreFlow RESET is committed to maintaining the highest standards of information security for all client data.

Scope & Limitations

We bring expertise and commitment to every engagement, and we provide our services professionally and thoroughly. However, we encourage you to seek additional professional advice (legal, financial, technical) on matters outside our consulting scope. Our role is to advise on strategy and execution, not to replace specialized expertise in other domains.
